When the Chicago father-son duo of Brian and Brendan Dwyer pull into a KCBS competition, they turn heads with their unique BBQ ride. Their team is aptly named “The BBQ Bus” as the the Dwyers have transformed an old school bus into one of the most-unique BBQ outfits on the circuit.
They also have become big winners, one of the nation’s top Brisket teams with six perfect 180s – along with a grand championship last weekend in their 2021 opener in Tennessee. We have a fun conversation with Brian and Brendan on Episode 106 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show about their BBQ life and how they got started in food sport.
