Many know Craig Verhage better as The BBQ Ninja for his bandana, sunglasses and flamethrower around all kinds of food. These days Craig, who’s been on Food Network’s Chopped Grillmasters and a featured chef at the James Beard House, is a brand ambassador for Royal Oak Charcoal. We visit with Craig about his busy year ahead and what it’s like hanging with Malcom Reed and a host of open-fire stars.
