On Episode 55 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show, we check in with two of the best in the open-fire cooking world — Travis Clark of Clark Crew BBQ and John Lindsey of “All Q’ued Up.”

Travis is a two-time KCBS World Champ, 2017 American Royal Grand Champion and reigning Jack Daniels Invitational Grand Champ. He opened Clark Crew BBQ Restaurant in Oklahoma City in December. In a word, he’s been “busy.” His days of competing full time are over, but the fire still burns.  – He’s not completely finished.

We talk steak with Lindsey, the 2019 Steak Cookoff Association points runner-up from Jonesboro, Ark. John has a new tell-all steak class on the BBQ Champs Academy site and his own new steak rub “Steak Shake” is now available.
