It’s Super Bowl week, which means more than just a big football game is coming. Super Sunday also has grown into one of the biggest food days of the year and this week, we visit with a pair of powerhouse pitmasters to get some game-day cooking advice.
Jess Pryles is a native Australian and Texas transplant who is recognized for her line of Hardcore Carnivore rubs and expertise over open fires – particularly beef. We visit with Jess not only about some delicious Super Bowl ideas for chicken wings, but about the recent Brisket Camp she attended at Texas A&M University.
With the Chiefs in the big game, we had to get a Kansas City rep and who better than one of our favorites, Megan Day of Burnt Finger BBQ.
