Travis Clark of Clark Crew BBQ has been one of competition barbecue’s iconic pitmasters since jumping into competition Q six years ago. But one championship always had eluded Travis – until last weekend.
Clark cemented his status as one of the all-time greats with his Grand Championship at the Jack Daniels World Invitational BBQ Championship in Lynchburg, Tennessee. We visit with him about the landmark win on Episode 41 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show, plus the new Clark Crew BBQ Restaurant in Oklahoma City, which will open soon.
