SPRINGFIELD, MO. (June 18, 2019) – It’s an amazing accomplishment to win one Memphis in May championship, let alone three in a row. On Episode 22 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show, we visit with Mark West whose 10 Bones BBQ pulled off an astonishing “Three-Peat” by winning the Ribs category at Memphis in May in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
West, from Olive Branch, Mississippi, gives us some pointers on what has made him one of the best in the competition world while winning more than 75 grand championships over the last two decades. He also recalls what it was like doing three episodes of the popular television series “BBQ Pitmasters.”
