SPRINGFIELD, MO. (April 24, 2019) – Tim Scheer is known as “The Tallest Man in BBQ.” We’re not sure about that, but we do know he might be the busiest.
On Episode 14 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show, we visit with Scheer, whose Shake’n Bake BBQ team from Washington, Missouri, is one of the best in the competition world. Tim also owns and operates Gateway Drum Smokers and Blues Hog BBQ Sauce, along with being a driving force behind the National BBQ League. All the while, he also oversees Scheer Landscaping, one of biggest operations of its kind in east-central Missouri. Could he possibly fit something else onto his resume?
We also preview the 20th annual Rock’n Ribs BBQ Festival in Springfield, Missouri with Jeff Campbell of Hogzilla BBQ. Jeff is the only person to compete in every edition of the event and we visit with the competition veteran about his career.
