Brent also is one of the few SCA cooks using a pellet cooker and we discuss that.
The co-hosts talk about their recent cooking adventures, including Lyndal’s weekend leading the Tailgate Guys cooking team into its final competition of the year at Smokin’ in Sugar Creek in Kansas City. The narrative: We aren’t world beaters, but we’re getting better!
