After traveling America and cooking almost every weekend last year, the cancellation of contests has made for a difficult adjustment for Matt Walker of reigning KCBS Team of the Year Boomerang BBQ. He tells us about how devastating the COVID-19 shutdown has been to a tourist-driven city like Hot Springs. On a brighter note, Michael also is a food sport judge and competitor. He recently earned his golden ticket to represent Arkansas in the burger division of the World Food Championship this November.
