Tailgate Guys BBQ Podcast, Episode 191: Phillip Breeden, Richard Fergola

Phillip Breeden is one of America’s busiest competition pitmasters. His LC BBQ team, based in Bandera, Texas, can be found cooking nearly every weekend on one circuit or another, with his name more often than not called at or near the top of the standings. LC BBQ recently was crowned Team of the Year on the Champions Barbecue Alliance and on Episode 191 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Podcast, Phillip joins us to discuss his season and his line of LC BBQ products.

We also catch up with Richard Fergola of Fergolicious BBQ for the final “Fergie Time” segment of the season. Richard recaps his season, which found Fergolicious 10th in the KCBS Team of the Year standings, previews some upcoming BBQ classes and gives an update on the soon-to-open new Proud Souls BBQ Kansas City store.

Co-hosts Lyndal and Steve also recap their Thanksgiving cooking adventures and talk a little college and pro football.
